Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the StoreSentry website and service ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What StoreSentry does
StoreSentry monitors publicly available catalog information from online stores you choose, and notifies you of changes such as prices, product launches, and stock status. The Service is currently in pre-launch; features, plans and pricing may change before and during the beta.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only to monitor publicly available information, in compliance with applicable law.
- Don't use the Service to harass, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to any third-party system.
- Don't resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
3. Accounts and billing
Paid plans (once available) are billed through the Shopify App Store or another payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't store your payment card details.
4. Data you provide
You're responsible for the store URLs and settings you enter. You confirm you have the right to monitor the public information of the stores you add. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and accuracy
We work hard to keep monitoring accurate and timely, but the Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every change will be detected instantly. Alerts are informational; business decisions you make based on them are your own.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreSentry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, as it develops. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
